Gallery Store

Each original that is purchased comes carefully matted in the archival hinged method in gallery white ready for your framing.

Unless stated in the description , originals are offered unframed, as many clients prefer to frame their artwork after purchase
to suit their atmosphere and decor as well as having control over framing costs outside of the artwork itself.

**Any original purchased will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity that is hand signed by myself as the artist.
This practice of authenticating one's original work provides the art client/collector with the guarantee that they own the original piece.

A limited number of prints made of pieces under 16" x 20" are still available. Please email me for local venue information if interested in purchasing.
ALL OTHER PIECES ARE OFFERED AS ORIGINALS ONLY within this first collection.

These smaller pieces capture more detailed studies of single elements. It's an enjoyable process for me to get acquainted personally with the subject and its smaller nuances. Observation is a very important part of the artist's journey and with compact studies, it brings your eye from the pulled back view to the up close and personal. Simple yet poignant, they are some of my favourite pieces.

Each piece in this category is about noticing colours, and variety, born from the earth and the sun. Prolific summer flowers are some of the most interesting, and the simple leaf is far from simple when looking closely at the various colours they hold...so much more flora to explore.

These more technical pieces explore various structures that have caught my attention during photo outings. They are challenging to draw with scale, perspective, light and shadows all being considerations in order to observe each of their forms properly.

I have a soft spot for wildlife and domestic animals alike. Here within this category, their diversity and beauty is explored. Each have endearing characteristics that capture my heart.

The quiet still life has been gracing our walls for many years. They bring a calmness to a space, portraying subjects that bring colour and character into a room. The study of composition, form, light source and shadows are the driving elements.

There is no question that our trees are majestic, towering air filtering giants. I have loved trees since being a child staring up and marveling at their beauty. This set is specifically for these jewels of the forest. Their grandeur, beauty, imperfections and undeniable resilience.

This category utilizes a medium sized format, with a varied range of subject matter. It is a nice standard size that both fits and fills many spaces.

This category brings a more challenging scale for the pencil medium. While landscapes are my favourite subject matter here, watch for others as my explorative outings bring adventures that find treasures around every corner. Time and attention to perspective, make this another one of my favourite format sizes to create on.

Looking Up is the largest piece in this initial collection. It is framed in a lightweight black frame, that utilizes plexiglass for durability and hanging weight control. It is a debut piece of this size to give emphasis to the view it projects while looking up at the blue sky above Autumn maple branches.
